1. Agreement to terms

By requesting a quote, engaging BizLaunchTech for a project, or otherwise using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't proceed, and feel free to reach out with questions first.

2. Our services

We provide website development, branding and graphic design, and Meta Ads management for small and local businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for your project are agreed separately in writing — usually as a quote sent after your enquiry — before any paid work begins.

3. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website (including on the Pricing page) are starting points, not final invoices. Every project is quoted individually based on the details you provide. A quote is not confirmed until both parties agree on scope and price.

4. Payment

Payment terms, methods and schedule are agreed directly with you as part of your project quote. Payments are arranged outside of this website — we do not process card payments or store payment information on this site.

5. Client responsibilities

To keep your project on track, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate information about your business and requirements
• Supply any content, logins or materials needed in reasonable time
• Give timely feedback during review stages

Delays in providing these can affect the agreed project timeline.

6. Intellectual property

Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverables (website, logo, brand assets, or ad creatives) transfers to you. Until final payment is made, these remain the property of BizLaunchTech. We may, unless you ask us not to, reference completed projects in our own portfolio and marketing.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revision rounds are included as part of each project, in line with what's agreed in your quote. Requests that fall outside the original scope may be quoted separately.

8. Third-party platforms

Some services (such as Meta Ads campaigns, hosting, or domain registration) depend on third-party platforms outside our control — for example, Meta's advertising policies or a hosting provider's uptime. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or issues originating from these third parties, but we'll always help you work through them.

9. Limitation of liability

We do our best work on every project, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a set number of sales, bookings or leads), since results depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally as our services change. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
